Past Life Regression A QHHT session integrates all aspects of yourself, including lives that you have lived "before" that are relevant to the life that you're living now. As adults, the only boundaries we have are the ones we place on ourselves. As children, some of us were controlled by fears of punishment inflicted by our families, peers, teachers, or God if our instincts brought us to different conclusions than those "guiding" forces. In order to succeed, or just survive, we learned to conform. But as we mature, we can experience illness or "dis-ease" as a result of carrying a belief system that is not our own. In order to move forward, we need to take a good, hard look at what we believe to be true. And that requires questioning why we believe what we do, and whether it's working. GrowthOpening your mind to new possibilities is the only way to grow.
There are a myriad of factors that inhibit us from growing and they are usually the fear of leaving behind belief systems that we've grown accustomed to, but perhaps did not choose for ourselves. But, as living beings, there is no neutrality. If we don't follow our own truth, become stagnant, we will degenerate. Placing expectations on something you've never experienced is not helpful. Just keep an open mind and allow YOUR truth to shine! What you get from a QHHT session is personal. Inspiration
All of these photos, including the amazing picture in the banner on top, were taken by my daughter, Meredith. We are fortunate to live in a beautiful area and she has done a great job of recognizing its beauty by capturing its many elements from different perspectives. If you are struggling with depression or anxiety, get outside and walk. Spend some time looking at what is close to you, then a while focusing on what is in the distance. You might be surprised by what you will learn about yourself just by paying attention to how your body responds as you change your focus, change your pace, change your breathing.
