I am excited to begin this new part of my life as a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique practitioner! After I experienced two amazing and miraculous QHHT sessions myself, I knew that this was something that I wanted to share with others.
As a mother of six children; sons, who are 26 and 28; daughters, 15 and 9 and twin three-year-old boys, I've had some pretty amazing teachers. More than anything, their questions and unconditional love have inspired me to search beyond my comfortable (mostly fear-based) boundaries for truth. As a busy, working mom, it would have seemed too self-indulgent to pursue that journey entirely to satisfy my own curiosity. But with each set of eyes staring into mine, asking me who God is and why we are here, the truth resonated more strongly in me to keep going. So, behind me is an accumulation of abandoned theories, political parties, group affiliations and religions. I used to feel bad about outgrowing them or wondered why my loyalty wasn't stronger. But now I understand that it is all part of who I am today. I've always purported self-empowerment and I understand now that my different associations were aligned to give me perspective. I left each affiliation when I began to feel the encroachment on my independence.
We are sovereign. We are meant to explore.
I've bussed tables, waitressed, sold Avon, assembled goggles in a factory, worked at a newspaper doing everything there is to do except sell the advertising, was a veterinarian assistant, worked as a phone solicitor for a construction company, pizza shop, borough secretary, worked on a potato harvester, sold essential oils, and helped to establish my hometown's domestic violence program 25 years ago where I worked as a counselor, legal advocate, suicide hotline worker and crisis intervention representative and board member. I am also the author of "Retribution," a psychological thriller and former columnist of "Life's Wild, A Mother's Outdoor Journal" which detailed our family's hikes around our home.
Through it all, it has been the relationships that I formed at each of these workplaces that have meant the most to me. My past co-workers are still some of my very best friends.
So that is another reason I look forward to this work so much. I am grateful to be in the position, of having received this QHHT certification, to assist someone in their quest. I am the practitioner, therefore my clients would receive the benefit of my training, but to me, they will become my new teachers, and my friends.
