How to Prepare for a QHHT Session
Some people schedule a session because they have health problems, some just because they are curious about past lives. Many people wonder if they've ever lived before and even have certain cultures, races or genders they feel connected to that are very different from the body and the life that they're in now.
A QHHT session is a way of connecting you to, as Dolores Cannon, the woman who created QHHT, referred to it as your Subconscious or SC, which can assist you in healing your self physically, mentally, emotionally.
There are many different names for this part of your self; higher self is another term.
If you are asking yourself what your purpose is, why you're here or maybe even why you don't feel like you “belong” here, you are already getting in touch with your higher self.
You are already separating yourself from the materialism of this world because you feel the greater meaning of life. But the difficulty is in accomplishing what you need to do – provide for yourself – while being on a spiritual journey. Your higher self gives you the "bigger picture" because it is not tethered to this dimension, it can also help answer specific questions regarding career and personal relationships; the very things that can “make you or break you” in a lifetime.
So, to prepare for a session, one of the best things that you can do is think about why you're happy and why you're not happy. Make a list of what you love about your life, (what makes you feel good and “successful”) and what makes you sad, frustrated or disappointed. And then, ask yourself, are you ready to forgive yourself for the mistakes that you made? Will you consider the idea of forgiving, or at least releasing others?
This is a process of learning the meaning behind the different roles that we've played so that we can become what we intended to be in this lifetime. Once you can identify what is holding you back, things that your body is doing to get your attention or the obstacles placed in your path, you have the information to make better choices.
You will not receive information that will not benefit you. Some people are afraid that they have done something sinister in a past life, something horrible that will be shown to them, and fear that type of judgment or discovering that “dark side” of themselves.
This is a societal based fear generated to control you, make you feel bad about learning your “truth.”
It takes courage to overcome the dogma that has been chanted to control populations.
Your higher self knows you – every little thing about you!
Its intention is not to lure you in for a session to scare you or make you feel bad. Rather, just the opposite :) Know that if you are willing to believe, and trust the information that you receive, you will learn the answers to the questions that weigh heavy on your mind, such as: “Why do I always end up with this...” or, “Why can't I ever...” or, “What should I be doing?”
A session begins with us talking about your life, then we do the hypnosis session and a follow-up at the end. You should plan for at least three hours but there are no time limits; session fees are not based on the length of a session. It takes however long it takes.
I know the miraculous things that can happen during a session because I've had a couple for myself and have led many sessions where people have been healed from emotional traumas and experienced physical healing as well.
